Bug abuse

Dear players,

I was just visiting the Warrock website when I stumbled upon the following: 

"What is bug abuse?" "Bug abuse is taking advantage of, exploiting, or otherwise using bugs (temporary game defects) for personal benefit. Bug abuse is a bannable offense"

The thing that I think is kinda funny is that they define bugs as "temporary game defects". I mean, come on, I know at least 30 bugs that have been in the game for years, if not since the beginning of Warrock. So there is nothing 'temporary' about it. I know that hackers / overclockers are a more fundamental issue and that attention / resources should be located accordingly. However, banning players for bugging, while at the same time spending no time and effort in resolving these issues is sending a somewhat contradictory message to the players.

I think most bugs are really easy to fix. Again, if you want me to help, no worries. I think with a single post on the forum asking players if they know any bugs that need to be solved, 50+ bugs can easily be detected. After which, they can be solved. 

Is bug fixing still on the agenda? If so, when?

Sorry if this post seems rather offensive. It is just meant as some constructive criticism.

    We are still fixing many bugs in-game. However, there are some which are not really used / abused or people just do not know that they even exist. That's why some bugs are still there. You should also know that certain bugs are really difficult to fix, since the solution is not simply adding a container or removing a tree.

    In fact, we do not daily ban many players for bug using - there are fewer and fewer offenders of this type.

    However, if you believe that X bug is just annoying / ruins the gameplay, let us know so that we can give it priority, but please, send us a PM through Discord / forums or write a ticket reporting it - this way we will prevent more players from abusing this bug.

    New slot 8 bug, i got level 76 reward a slot 8 for 15 days, i had slot 8 guns since over 10 years and i used them, and now after this 15 day ended i cant use them any more....

    Is this a lv 76 punishment????? or wtf???????

    since lv 60 i cant kill others with 1 full rpg need 2, and headshoots with sniper no work since lv 70, on bighead i cant kill on head, in granate games my granate has 20% damage, and now this?????????????? are they level up punishments???

    And if they are where can i find a lv up punishment list????

    instead of producing any solution, you have to close the accounts of the normal players and immerse the game thoroughly so that you can interrogate the discord
