Buffs do not work

Hey gus, i just made a new account and startet with a DK. 

But now 4 buffs do not work : Aide Rush, Preventer, Critical Rise and Luminous...

Does anybody know why? I maybe thought my account is bugged or something, because other player can use these skills without having problems.

I am very thankful for any help
