That's called freedom of speech. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_of_speech

It is one of the freedoms that Democracies have, which religions/ideologies obviously don't have.

And I don't think the forum is the right place to report an insult which has been made on Discord. You should contact an admin directly on Discord.
