Reimbursement of my coins or account unlocking

hello I need a refund of my donation since they locked my account of the game without any reason and I do not have any answer I need to make a refund or transfer of my coins to another account or to unlock it because it is disrespectful I'm playing the game I went shopping I went back and my account was blocked for no reason I need an answer.
