Clockers and VIP hacks

Im guessing from the outset of this topic that not a single person from papaya ever actually tries to play the game for longer than 2 mins. If they did they would see the same old clans and players (some frequent name changes/ new accounts) clans like noblelykeGods i mean atleast 50% of clan using ovc and sadly more clans are becoming like this. Payaya tells us to ticket so people ticket and report and a month passes and players are still active clans are still active. Papaya has had several months to rid itself of the none legits (especially the obvious high lvl ovc players) Power lvl used to be bannable but now so many players with 2 month old accounts at lvl 70+ it has become a joke. Papaya i would like a response to this question how do you ever expect to attract new players/customers to your product when they play for five minutes have 20 ovc players destroy them followed by unistalling and never looking back?
