EULA in Japanese?

AFter logging in with my ID and password for the first time, I am presented with a document that asks me to agree, or disagree and return to title screen. The problem is, it is written in japanese. there is no apparent english translation option. I dont even know if it is actually an EULA. can anyone help an eager adventurer out?

    Japanese is a well known language. Therefore you are expected to understand TOS in japanese and concent agree by clicking forward. Lol

    Ok, look like Papaya does not have enough staff to groom their product.
