Did I lose my Warrock account?

Last time I played the game was in January of 2017.  I never got any emails from Nexon informing me about a migration to PapayaPlay so I wasn't aware of this.  Clearly I missed the migration period around May-August 2017, does this mean I can no longer have my account migrated to here?

    That's correct indeed. You are not able to migrate your account from Nexon to Papaya Play anymore.

    Unfortunately, you have to make a new account and start again at level 1.

    Nexon has deleted all account data so nothing can be recovered anymore.

    We would be happy to have you under a new account.
