    No problem. I suppose you are still not able to log-in, right? Did you get any reaction on your ticket yet?

    I've PMed a few HGM's on Discord for you, saying that you need urgent help. There is nothing more I can do. Hope you will be able to play ASAP. How they handle this on the forum shows how immature their support is.

    I also hope you get a better compensation instead of the 3 days free premium since you almost lost a whole month of premium.
