weapons items slots disapear on lv 76

I had slot 8 retail + retail guns on all 5 caracter since 2008
Reached lv 76, and they are gone after 15 days
How i will be compensated for this????? all gamer will lose all items and gun on lv 76????? is this the new reward system?????
