Hauling Asssitance and Mod Polar Ketch, Heads Up

Hi ,Last night I tried to Haul Assist on this ship, I used Traverse Rope and Painter Rope, Large Square Sail, Large Gun Port. Now I know from experience, It should had the Haul Assist after the Mod

My SB skill is 10, the requirement lvl for the Mod was 7

It is the 1st time this has ever happened. So I guess the Skill Info for this ship is wrong or some thing else.

Can any else provide another explanation, it would be nice

    Did you already have 2 skills on the ship before the mod?

    Probably, If so, he will need to reset it then mod it to get HA.
