Unban methods for perm bans

i think everyone deserve atleast a chance to get to play again.... therefore there should be a mass unban or a way to get unban(once) via payment or something. IF by any chance banned again there will be no unbans.

    Hello Goldpro.

    No hacks means no hacks. 

    We don't give chances now because if we unban this people. 
    They will come back to hack again. 

    There is a saying: "Once a criminal, always a criminal" 

    Nonetheless we will take this suggestion into consideration. Provided if there is ever a better solution.
