Now that you mentioned about the affected players that bought dupe items. How about the accounts that you falsely accused and banned? Would they be unbanned too? Providing proof is not enough in this company and still get the same copy and paste reply. Even access not allowed problem hasnt been fixed. It upsetting that you’ve spent so much in this game and yet there every little to no communication to this guys

    before they hired the new team, they had to ban players who might have had illegal transactions outside the game like buying gears for $$$, or those they suspect to have been involved in duping or simply owning duped gears which they unknowingly bought in game xD

    now with the new team who was finally able to solve the duping problems(thank god!), the players who bought duped gears just get their items deleted and still get to KEEP THEIR ACCOUNTS. how is this fair?

    since this new team is so good, maybe you guys can also investigate all the banned accounts who fall under this category? to see who's guilty and who is not since the gms are too lazy to do a thorough investigation.
