List of ideas to improve Dekaron
Didn't plan to post this on forum but since Papaya asked on ticket to do
that then why not.
Basically i sent quite few ideas to improve gaming experience so i'll do
my best to explain as short as i can. Also in my ideas aren't 100% focused on
everything for free but more like balanced free content and premium and others
welcome to add more ideas since it seems Papaya are interesed what we want
otherwise why would they ask to post my ideas here on forum even I already send
through ticket.
1) Upgrading items is pretty much not rewarding at all and mostly
players being punished for trying to upgrade and that affect both groups, those
who choose to spend money on talismans/protectors and those who don't. The main
issue i would say isn't the % chance of success from what i seen in quite other
MMOS is that rates are really simalar. The problem is that if player fails the
upgrade then basically in our case in Dekaron current progress drops back to +0
(from +1-+6 range) or item gets destroyed ( from +7-10), i seen quite few other
games where items are not destroyed or downgraded if fail and seems these games
do very well with upgrade success chance boost quite well. I would suggest to
remove downgrading and item destruction during upgrade, by doing so players
could try making items without using upgrade talisman or protectors without
having worries to lose their current progress during upgrade or item destroyed.
Those who would want to have higher chance to upgrade items still could use
talismans and even if fail the upgrade there wouldn't need to worry that item
get downgraded by certain greade like in our case for Helpyron items if fail
item lose it's statse 1-3 level. I do get the idea that 1st thought by
implementing such system with dwongrading and item being destroyed is to boost
sale rates on talismans. But clearly that doesn't work since very few players
choose to upgrade their own items since without using talisman it's nearly
impossible to make +7, majority look for the ways to abuse events when free
talismans are given as reward during coupon events or worst, dupe the items. In
the end if this idea is implemented or more like revamped, it only would
benefit for the community and stabilize market since players could
upgrade more items and im pretty sure it's one right step to lower pay to win
aspect in this game as well, where basically getting items higher than +6 is
only available now by investing money.
2) Delete duped items while after careful inspection compansate those
players who obtained these items without knowing. Other wise if duped items are
removed and legal users basically lose their items by wasting time and
investment, then basically higher the risk to lose players in this community.
3) Publish ban list with full character names and reason for the
ban, it is unexceptable that few banned player names that been published where
hidden, example, V*****per or haven't publicly listed at all. It is
important that gaming community is transperent.
4) Update Dekaron to 4k, right now it's impossible to play at 4k settings
since can't read chat, mail, quest logs, other than that game looks better on
4k.
5) Make use of certain items such as Eisen tokens, Obsidians, C coins, Magic Stone Piece, Narukes, for the most part these items are
usless and people keep more and more stacks gathering or simply not picking
them up, would be good for change to put certain new items that require some of
those items to craft new accessories or rune box exchange/new buff exchange
option or simply allow to exchange for aditional EXP or Rank Up coins.
6) Expand costume stash, mine personally already full and got
3 more costumes in stash, also plenty more costumes coming in future so surely
need more space, expanding slots could be by both dills and DK-Cash.
7) Implement wing stash simalar to costume stash and make
sure it can hold at least 50 wings and extra space can be bought by Dills and
DK-Cash.
8) Release collectors stash that can be expanded by Dills and Dekaron cash.
The purpose for collector stash would be for those players who enjoy
collectiong different type items, like accessories, mounts, pets, buffs etc.
9) Release more content around "collecting"
costumes/wings/mounts/pet eggs and make some sort reward/achievement/title
reward for that, it is getting annoying that pretty much new events are mainly
focused on better stat items every single time or for the most part,
costumes/wings meanwhile older items are forgotten and only use are for
collectors for cosmetic purpose. Would be awesome that older costume, wings are
implemented permanently in different dungeons, for new players that might be
decent start up item to have, meanwhile older players if choose can build
collections for cosmetic reasons, more like for fun. There could be implemented
even premium option to unlock like 3rd costume slot that has only purpose for
visual look, meanwhile other two slots are for active swith between PVE or PVP
costumes, same could be done for the wings as well.
10) Remove that 10 hatched pet limit, back in a old days players
where able to collect pets as much wanted, this limit doesn't make sense at all
because players would love to use different pets when they want, even for fun,
personally i would love to build normal/rare/uniq pet collections since between
those stage pets have different progressing look and i know there are many
other players who would do that as well. Also pet stash could be implemented
that can be expanded by dills or spending DK-Cash.
11) Make all cash shop items tradable, pretty sure many older
players would love to sell their unwanted items, also it would bring more
options during trade, a lot of times people try to offer to me items that i
don't need but certain cash shop items would be an alternative option. Also
more tradable items are good for market and both new and old players benefit
from that. For example new players could offer cash shop content to older
player that have certain armor or weapon piece, it's an option for new player
who would want faster to obtain already made item. Very often new players have
nothing good to offer to older players and are constantly put on struggle to
obtain dills, sadly source for dills are from dill seller service. And very
often rarely decent events available where new players can farm ingredients and
sell to get easier dills.
12) Would be awesome if we had more
runes made that represent certain bosses and are made simalar to Infinite
Battle 2 runes that stack 10x and with each quantity but would be little bit
different from IB 2 runes for example give extra stats + critical exp bonus.
Example of rune names:
- Rune
of Oread, - Rune
of Fanvil - Rune
of Deux Marble
Literally every boss could have a special rune drop. Also there should
be alternative premium option available for example these new type rune pieces
could be implemented in certain cash shop rune random box. Aditionally
would be cool if runes had some kind visual aura effect as well.
Comments
14) Increase item stack
to 9,999 to all items!!! It is bit annoying that certain items can be
stacked 100 or like 5000, what even worst some items with same name, same
stats don't even stack because it was from different event, that must be fixed.
15) Fix
400% talisman, it's buged, critical exp and 20% attack buff doesn't work
although in description it shows as an bonus effect.
16) Bring back Supply Machine and
update it's contents every 3 month.
17) Introduce new exchange option
for Platinum Bullions. 10 Platinum bullions can be exchange to 1 Diamon Bullion
or incrase capacity on player account that can hold and trade 1 trillion dills.
Right now end game content value goes 250 billion but max trade option is 51
billion (50 Platinum bullions + 1 billion rawr dills). We have huge issue where
scammers use to their benefit where during multiple trade they simply log off
and very oftent honest players are harmed like that.
18) Bring back Seed of Dream drop in
Mitera and implement it in all fields.
19) Make balanced events, where
both new and old players can benefit, items should be tradable, item drop
should be available all over different maps with reasonable rates where players
can finish their items without spending cash, meanwhile make available cash
shop option where same item can be purchase with reasonable, solid quantities
rather than random box opion. Also cash shop option should be a extra boost
rather than only way to finish item if player can’t farm it with reasonable
rates. Also to support such events would be awesome if we had like 3h
weekend 3-5x EXP/Drop increase.
20) Introduce Blacksmith talismans,
Blacksmith Grace/Glory talisman random box drop from last boss drop in all
dungeons, i suppose drop rate could be same as in Infinite Battle 2 or even
little bit lower. Pretty much every player will agree, upgrade success rate is
one of most punishing comparing to other MMO and unlike quite many MMO out
there, if upgrade fails item gets destroyed. But this idea can be ignored if
1st suggestion is implemented.
21) Expand buff bar by at least 2
more lines, it’s impossible to keep track wich buffs are on or close to end
during PVP.
22) Stop Ruining already existing content with cash
shop deals and new content that reduce any need to do certain type Dungeons.
Perfect example is Platinum and Gold treasure box where 3 days Infinite
Perpetuus box can be upgraded to already Perpament version. These boxes
completly destroy any purpose to enjoy already existing Dundgeons that require
farming these ingredients to get Dragonic perpetuus. Also with last update of
Crespo hard mode dungeon for 190+ players again it destroy any purpose to do
older dungeons because new dg reward same acessories as on previous dragonic
perpetuus oriented dungeons/quests
23) Update cash shop rune deals to
appeal more to players and offer lot more runes that don’t overlap with each
other and include other exp boost items, im going to list 3 rune pack that
should be rewamped and introduced, i think players would want with same price
and all rune packs would be 7 days, i suppose 700 DK-Cash would be ok:
· Rewamp Shiny rune pack and contents inside
would be: Shiny Attack Rune, Shiny Defense Rune, Shiny Speed Rune, Shiny Vitality Rune, Shiny All Stats Rune, Shiny Rudolf Rune, Hot Time Rune, Shiny Siz Lune Rune (Shiny Siz Lune Rune should be
updated that works on all fields) and aditional item in pack would be random
box of Gold Mechanic
Wings 7/30/Permanent
· Introduce Lucky Rune pack and contents inside would be: Lucky 7 Rune, Lucky 8 Rune, Lucky 9 Rune, Treasure Hunter Rune, Explorer’s Rune, Incar’s Rune, Blue Sheep Rune and aditional item would be random
box of 7d 500% talisman or 7d 400% exp tali with special stat (20% all attack
increase and crit exp)
· Battle Rune Pack introduced and contents
inside would be: Meister
Rune, Battlefield Rune, Pumkin Rune, Water Melone Rune, Fast Attack Rune, Recovery Rune, Quickness Rune, Seiren's Rune (Seiren’s Rune should be 7d
and work on all fields) and aditional item would be Holy Water of All Mighty
7d.
Whole Idea about those rewamped rune packs
would be for players who want to stack as many runes and have aditional items
that increase max EXP. At high level leveling is really extremly hard so these
rune pack would give the most what game can provide and random items like skill
books doesn’t even make sense why with exp boost items it’s included.
