A THIEF HAVE STOLEN MY WEAPON !

Even if someone have done bad things (duplicated weapons), Its NOT OUR FAULT and why should anyone need name, date and screenshoots of everything here ? Its just a game... And Its even impossible for a player to see if a weapon is a duplicate or not! We cant buy things in this game, you remove everything?

So, I bought my weapon, an +10 Ult Movebit in the good old Nexon-era and had it for years, without any slightest thought of who I bought it from or when. I even changed PC during this time...

I also managed to fix the weapon with 9% skull gems and really fair brands...

So, what Papaya is doing here is pure THEFT, and NOTHING ELSE !

Papaya, you have stolen my weapon and I now DEMAND it back or that you compensate me with a better one, and most important - do it NOW !

Shame on you - papaya !

    I always record video when i do a trade with other player and for  2 good reaons. Incase of scam can report and ban scammer. Incase of lost item request a compensation. No game company want to lose their players that's like cutting off a healthy, green branch. 

    But most important research where the item comes from, ask around to well know trusted players, that for sure lower the chance of buying duped items. Most of times players act like dog who just spoted a bone and by all means try to get desired item. Take example of TivTivy, well know trash duper, cheater and seems a scammer, selling for weeks items that been obtained through cheat by registering on cash shop items he want and then latter sell such items like MC3+10, Helpyron's +10s and so much more. I would never buy any items from him or unknown player and yet we got players who line up to him even willing to buy for real cash.

    I understand your point about recording trade, but with my old PC that didnt work.

    Of course we all hear rumors about duplicated stuff and hackers here and there, there was even some dummy calling me for a hacker once... Why alway have dark second thoughts at every deal ? ? ?

    Let's compare with reality:

    - If one go through a trade with open mind and the traded gods dont have huge value it becomes legal... The buyer can't be accused if theres no reason to think its stolen. At least in Sweden where I live.

    - But to remove/take/steal someones property is theft and illegal. Just as Papaya did.

    Here its easy to see whos the bandits = Papaya !

    If this happend in Sweden I could draw you into court and win easy

    Now just hand over my weapon + compensation for theft...

    I dont think you realize what you are doing...

    You STEAL my weapon and demands facts to give a compensation....

    In clear text :

    - You have NO RIGHT to steal my weapon.

    - You have NO RIGHT to put up terms here.

    You have committed a crime and MUST give me back my belongings.

    I therefore demand that you give me back my weapon or an equally (or better) weapon as soon as possible, yesterday if possible !

    This weapon I bought years ago when Nexon was owner and I
    dont remember the name of the seller and I even changed PC at home
    during this time, so if there was any screenshoot, it would have been
    lost.

    Now- Give me back my weapon !

    Read the ToS you agreed.

    In few words, they can take everything you have, close your account at any time they want without any offense because the account it's owned by them and not by you. Be careful where u sign boi.

    Well, well, well I just found out that they deleted my bright Karon fang on my accounts. How do you explain this waldo? I sent a ticket but they are asking me for an info that doesn’t even correspondent to my issue. @GMWaldo what is the deal you guys deleting fang? I’ve spent so much getting those maxed and you just deleted them? I need you guys to fix this issue. Please revert those fang back at least and don’t give me copy and paste replies on ticket.

    I know Papaya have their own terms, but they sell product, therefore its a money-system, and should fall under the laws of their country. Papayas terms don't stand above LAWS... Most countrys don't accept theft.

    Therefore they cant play God to 100%...
