is anyone else having trouble buying UWC i tried to make several purchases and all of them are declined and money refunded
before i get 30 replies asking if i checked my card to make sure its not expired or other such ideas my card is fine my billing address hasn't changed in 6 years i have used this same card a dozen times to make purchases here now all of a sudden they are all being declined but it works on other game sites or to make payments online
