Ship & Oxford skills for a fleet

I was told that Oxford skills do not apply to fleet at all (although I imagine if some fleet member's geo or spice trading skills would be influenced by Oxford, then everyone in the fleet would still be able to get +1/+2 geo maps and could buy slightly more spices, no?), but some ship skills do apply for the fleet. Could anyone please explain this in more details, especially which ship skills do apply to the fleet? Like, Robe EX & Nanban EX do work for the fleet, but nanban ship skill doesn't? Maybe include Boston too?

    There is plenty more people on here that can give you more information than me and I’m sure they will post here to help.
    As regards oxford and Boston I ‘think’ when it comes to boosts it only applies to you unless it is a skill that would already benefit the fleet such as repair, surg and so on.

    As with ship skill I also believe it will say on the skill when it applies to the fleet. Like command post and coop enhancement and repair support.

    I’m sure gazi will come on and give you the full low down when he has chance.

    I know the +1 trade ship skills (PO1, PO2, PO3, PO4) are indirectly shared. It boosts the ship owner's trading skills which eventually gets shared with other fleet mates.
