Download error patching from 1.007 to 1.008

I'm trying to install a fresh copy of the game and I came across this error when the client tries to update from 1.007 to 1.008. It gives an error that says, "An error occurred while downloading file(8:12031). Download again?" and I couldn't get past the error by retrying. What can I do to finish updating?
