If I buy a 8th Slot famas, then do I need to buy 8th Slot again ? or is 1700C required to get a famas weapon with 8th Slot forever.

    if you buy 8th slot famas at 1700wrc you have famas permanent but not 8th slot too...8th slot item aspired and you need to continue buy for use famas 8th

    I don't believe that is true but I could be wrong. If you buy 8th famas permanent, then you get the gun permanently in 8th slot but after 30 days, 8th slot locks and you can no longer move 8th slot weapons around. As long as you have the famas equipped in 8th slot upon it expiring, you should be able to use it still.

    I have a secondary account with p90 permanent in 8th slot, it's locked and I do not have 8th slot on that account, but use the p90 just fine without problem.

    You are almost right.
    But the p90/flash/mp5k/medkit 2 was given with your account and works this way.
    Every other 8th slot weapon you will buy, you will need the 8th sloth px to use them.

    If you buy any 8th slot weapon, you can only use this weapon when you have the 8th slot item. If you have a permanent gun on 8th slot, you have to buy the 8th slot item every single month in order to use your 8th slot weapon. 

    This does not apply to the 8th slot weapons you receive when you make a new account. Honestly, I don't know if you still get those 8th slot weapons. I hope somebody can confirm this.

    Can confirm that new users do not have any standard 8th slot weapons/items.
