Change to Spoil rewards.

Suggestions
Currently, spoils have a very limited reward making it not actually worth it to exchange(I found myself discarding a good number of them on Gama). My suggestion is to have a San Francisco style rotating list of items that aren't worth tonnes of money but are also really useful and makes exchanging the spoils.
Where it includes special pirate sails, cannons, weapons, or other equipment, consumables. There are loads of possibilities. The reason to make the items not quite so valuable is to make it less likely that players are going to alt farm for spoils. Obviously, players alt farm anyway but this doesn't make it easier.

    in order to farm alts for spoils the alt would need to have tributes(which cost ducats to buy or make)so alt farming would not really be a good source of extra spoils anyway

    I only mentioned  it as previous suggestions got shot down due to not taking the Alt farming into account.
