Cannot Hard Attack or Use Skills?

Hello,
I logged in my character after a long time. I soon realized I can't use any of my skills and although, I can do a plain attack, jump, sit and loot I can't do a Hard Attack.
I also cant update my item codex.. I don't know if there are any other issue yet but yea.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled La Tale but the problem is still there. I read that this might be a technical bug but there wasn't a solution for it at that time.
So, What can I do?
