Problem with BH ;(

Hi guys !
I'm sorry, my english is bad.
I have big problem.
I have a new laptop.
Windows 10 installed in the laptop.
i cant do it Bunny Hop (BH).
After role, the character becomes(stop).
What could be wrong.
Please help!

    After enabling some option in the control panel.
    I can do it BH.He is small. On the video you can see that the 3 jump is in place.

    Does anyone know what's going on?

    Dear ChocoWoman,

    Have you tried raising your "Keyboard Smoothing" up to 100%? (You can find it in the ingame options under "Control") If so, please try to do your Bunnyhops in normal/public rooms such as AI rooms (it is a bit more difficult in training mode).
