    You cannot and hopefully there would be an option to do it in the near future (sarcasm added).

    Dravice Village -> npc Dragon Altar -> [Exchange] Dragonic Perpetuus 
    isnt it here where you change it?

    Regular perpetuus you can but not the infinite perp.
