Horn from Sacred Claw (question)

As the title says I have a question about Horn item from Scared Claw dg: 

Do we have to kill all bosses in dg in order to have a chance to get Horn from the last boss or we can skip healer and watermelon boss going to do only the last 2 (where claw and horn drop)?

    People say that if you kill the 2 minibosses there is a higher chance of getting the horn. I can't say for sure, because I only did a few sc runs, however the horn has a chance to drop regardless if you kill them or not, the only difference that there is (maybe) is the drop rate.

    Anyhow the drop rate is poop for horn.

    Lemme tell you that I tried doing a full run, Fast run and in between and the highest i got so far from inner ugliness is a freaking Tongue, I still can't get how the heck does he drops a tongue tho... I thought it was only meant to drop The horn >.>

    But just as Razeer said, The drop rate for horn is quite a poop..
