Teach an old ship a new skill with EX !

Ever wish you could just get that one more ship skill but it's not optional and/or not enough skill slots and/or grade bonuses are already filled? Wouldn't it be sweet if you could just train a skill onto your ship with EX and add that skill effect directly to the hull? Hundreds of obsolete ships could suddenly become viable again! A whole new era of shipbuilding would ensue!

Also, phase out NC ships by selling extra improve slots for all FS ships, instead. :D

Now that doesn’t look like Korean or even Japanese so that must have been done on Maris?
