Help in logging in

Hi Folks, really need some help here logging in. I've successfully installed the game on two separate PCs had no trouble with the gameguard. However when I try logging into the Maris server, both computers keep getting the 2::2 error and report "line congestion or server failure" after putting in my login information. This is going on the 3rd day now, still without  success.

What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I’ve has this issue when either my Internet was bad at the time ie: there was a download happening in the background or when there was updates needed on my computer.

    its anti-virus / windows defender or internet problem issue like high ping/slow connection. that happen to me few months ago after the update.

    what i did is really format my OS and downgrade from win10 to win7 Or you can format reinstall win10 dont update.  and  i change my anti virus from avast to nothing at all. i just make sure my firewall is up.  its for game only anyway so i think ill be ok without antivirus.  if people gonna hack me they wont get anything anyway. i dont even have  personal stuff in my PC even pics and i dont login my personal email on this pc im playing.. anyway im sure its a anti-virus issue or a internet connection (high ping) :p
