Snipers not shooting straight

Feels like I have to stand still for longer than other people for my sniper to shoot straight, people literally walk into my crosshair and shoot me instantly, but if I try to do it my bullet goes way off to the side from where I'm aiming. What am I doing wrong?

    I have same with ssg!
    Where I aim the gun shoots about 1 cm to left or right of my aim!
    I thought Papaya had fixed this but no!

    Not all sniper rifles have the same accuracy and settle time.

    You should pick the sniper rifle most compatible with your play style. 

    Which sniper rifle are you using?
