"Disconnected from the server" after i put in my id and pass

I have this problem that when i try to log in in launcher the game crashes saying that i was 
"Disconnected from the server" This is a Pop Up dialogue as seen on a screenshot. could anyone help me solve this? Thanks

    tunneling solved my problem, use any route tunneling software like pingzapper and it should be fine assuming you have the same issue

    @auspexa Its still not working for me, i used pingzapper but same issue. I think im doing everything right in that program so i think it has to be something else

    No clue @auspexa my Pingzapper does not show "Game Tunneled via New York 7" Instead it dosnt show anything. Apart from that everything is the same. 

    I dont understand what the problem might be, as this is the same problem on my Laptop too, and it both happened at the same time for some reason. Atm i am waiting for a ticket response but not sure when that will be.
