i got banned for nothing

ADMIN PLEASE MATE I JUST GOT BANNED WHY ANY REASONS LAST GAME WAS BLIND BLENT ZOMBIE AND SERVER WAS QUITTING MORE THAN 3 TIMES THEN BANNED REALLY !!! I PLAY ON 1.6GHZ ITS VERY BUGGY GAME AND SLOW AND AFTER SPENDING ON ACC MONEY I GOT BAN FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP PLEASE
