Wishful Thinking - [Papaya response requested]

Okay like the title says lol this is some very wishful thinking.
What is the chance of papaya hosting a small NA servers? I know papaya is a business and has to make their money. That being said why not take the chance of hosting a NA server for 3-6 months and see if the player base grows again? I think it's pretty evident that players are leaving the game which is a shame because of how fun this game is and the potential it holds. It doesn't require a gaming rig to play and really shouldn't need fiber optics to play like many of the EU players constantly bash me for.

I'm sure the stats will support my claim that a lot of NA players spend money on this game, and as patrons is it too much to ask for proper servers? I know it seems backwards but as the movie saying goes "If you build it, they will come" or something like that, I know many players have moved on to other games for the simple fact that the servers lag so bad for them. Why not try a smaller server if possible for 3-6 months to see if they do indeed come back, I've left this game multiple times as have others but came back because it's so nostalgic and the different dynamics of the game are so hard to replicate. Unfortunately that's not enough to keep players in this game for too long, and new players refuse to stick around because of how lag infested most games are.
I have to acknowledge that you guys have been taking some good steps as far as getting rid of hackers, and balancing guns goes. I don't understand why papaya refuses to look at the possibility of adding a server. Is this your way of saying that you couldn't care less about the NA players? It's getting tiring having to tell EU players that we have good internet but we lag because of the servers, getting kicked out of games if we get a kill on them a milli second late, or getting insulted for lagging at all.
I honestly believe that the servers have caused more players to leave than OVC/Hacking has, and you've taken care of the hacking already so why not focus on servers? It's not hard to imagine warrock having a World/EU server with a smaller NA server, it's good for NA players and EU players, they don't have to put up with our lag and we don't have to put up with those ridiculous one second deaths followed with the "GET AIM" response to our "WDF?"
I would really appreciate a response from papaya. I know forums have lost a lot of the people that used to have input about improving the game but I would appreciate anybody else's input too.
