drop fps 4v4 139 and 77

have I assembled the my new pc but do I often make 77 fpses in the 4v4 we don't speak of the 8v8 someone he/she knows the why? with the my old i5 6600+gtx 960 gone to 139 in the 4v4

specs:

i7 8700k

asus z370f asus

strix 1080ti

samsung 960 evo windows 10

samsung 850 evo with warrock

i update all drivers with driver boost and windows update

I get with single core 8600K 140FPS

@chinawar ......you pc is fine .....
windows 10 is the issue ....!!
warrock is not made for windows 10
