Any ideas what the problem is? (Video inside)

Had this problem for a week now, i changed my internet to fibre optic and now i cant play on my Pc and Laptop, both have the same problem. Re-installed deka few times now but still same problem. I sent a ticket but they are no help, they told me to flash my dns, but since the problem is on Laptop and Pc that didnt help at all.

would be grateful if anyone would post a solution to this. Thanks

Otherwise try uninstalling Dekaron and delete every folder and file on your hard drive related to it and restart your PC before re downloading the game from the Papaya homepage download link
