Spring Blossom Box BUGGED!

Hi Ive open Spring blossom box, it shows that theres meant to be 5x trieste gold keys and some other stuffs.
It has only given me 1x of trieste gold key instead of giving 5x.

Any DEV pls check.

    Gismo, maybe look into some events instead popping up as soon as some dshop update content is bugged (Who cares lol) ? "Spring Event" = 2 useless crap items added into dshop...pathetic. Whats going on with A21? What events are u guys planning to come ? Give us some info instead "I'll look into it". Waiting for respond (I know its hard for u since i do not report DSHOP bug(s) but still). ty

    I assume a fix will be applied next patch and that those who purchased boxes during the time period will receive the missing keys.

    GMs cannot do shit especially Br GM Gismo. They don’t get paid real money if you guys are not aware. They get DKC from Devs. So go figure why these GMs are full of shit.

    @kenixman actually gm's can do something about it if they really wanted, all that it's needed is for them to simply give papaya an ultimatum, basically forcing them to either do something about the current state of the game or they all quit their jobs as gm's, quite simple actually. And as insignificant as their job is, you cannot have a mmorpg without gm's, for obvious reasons, and  hiring people at random to do a gm's job isn't gonna work, again for the obvious reasons.

    You see GM is replaceable or even if no one wants to apply they will simply forget about GM's coz I don't really imagine if this shi*hole can be managed properly anymore.

    Even if there was a passionate new GM he wont be able to shi*, why? Simply coz HGM or DEV's are non-existant or they don't care.

    Speaking of double edged sword, I fully agree. I, as employee of a company, am simply too embarrassed  when things you promise or think you can do for client  is just impossible because somewhere up in management your request just disappears or the reply you get is usually 'fuck you' and your opinions. When you try to sort thing with client that have waited for a long time you get even bigger 'fuck you'. Thats how a shitty company is managed. 

    The only thing that can  be done is full restructure of a company or just getting rid of upper management.

    You think they can do something and the answer is no! If they could it would have been done so long ago when there were lots of players. And those who were willing to help from community tried and many of great things were asked or suggested. When there is nothing to make of the games future you give up and move to better things. In this case play better games
