NAVY JERSEY item don't appear in inventory

It's the second time with this item (happened with the german jersey too). Why ? I want my coupons back.<

    Dear @PaSqualo,

    Be aware of the fact that depending on the name of the jersey, you will be able to equip it only with certain characters. For e.g., the Navy Jersey M can only be equiped by certain male characters (not default ones). On the other hand, the Navy Jersey F can only be equiped by certain female characters (not default ones).

    The jersey doens't show up in the inventory or inbox at all.

    Dear @Flontie,

    If you don't have the characters that can equip it, the jersey will obviously not be displayed in your inventory. For example, if you have RedStrap_M, but all of your characters are female, this strap won't be displayed in your inventory.

    Obviously I've already checked, it was the first thing, doesn't show up anyway
