charging my bank and im not getting any DKC please fix this

hi im trying to purchase DKShop and you guys charging me and i cant even get my DKC hwo come that happen you guys charging me for this i just call my bank a while ago please fix this before i get refund that chargers and not getting my DKC thank you

    When you went to the Papaya website did you make sure you were buying DKC and not coin for another Papaya Game? Did you get the Green tick and confirmation of purchase at the end of the transaction?
    If you didnt then you failed to get them.
