How to use pop star ' Absolute Pitch ' skill

As title said.

I press that skill and only get out an animation and don't get buff. So how to use it?

    U have to set the keys up and play the right notes i dont have them or id just list them but if u do some digging around on google or   someother popstar u could ask in game for the notes u need to play.
