Piracy and Fine tributes large

Petition: Limit of 10 uses of FINE TRIBUTES FOR PLAYERS per day;
Reasons:
1- Every player has tributes; tributes are easy to access;
They are very cheap, and never end since there is hardly any pirate in the game;
2- Spoils (item coming from tributes) has no value in the market of players, and the equipment that are possible to win are outdated and little variable, not serving anything.
3- The current system does NOT encourage Bounty Hunters or Piracy.
Suggested changes:
1- Green Flag extended to 15 minutes.
Reason: With the encouragement of PVP and Piracy, pirates would become commonplace and would thus elevate the number of attacks a player would suffer each day.
2 - Back of the Pirate Attack Limit System for 5 daily attacks, in which it was necessary for the pirate to go to Jolo or Nassau to reset the limit.
Reason: With more pirates, this change is necessary so that piracy does not become so OP.
3- Limit of 10 uses of tributes per player per day, included to all in the fleet attacked. Ex.: 1 player in a fleet of 5 players used tributes (in case all in fleet are in battle), all 4 other players in fleet are affected by the limit of 10 uses. If someone in the battle has already reached the limit of 10 uses of tributes, none of the fleet can use tributes in that battle.
Reason: If it is not so, it would be very simple to use 10x tributes with each account, Ex.: 3 accounts, 10 uses in each.
4- A way to contain inflation in the game, and make it harder to print money for players who go online all day doing nanban.
Reason: Some gold sellers stay online all day printing money with nanban runs with 3-10 characters, they dont play the game, only print money and later try to sell it for real money at the internet.
Please leave the IGN, if you agree with this petition, so that we have the necessary support and the change becomes the so dreamed reality, and avoid another wype, because what you see is zero pirates and rare PVP or HUNTERS.
