Where was siege time posted??

they just posted an ingame announcement that the time has been announced, where exactly? never seen them announce in game before this way, is this new? information please

    What i found in the files :

    1. stringtable_siege

    code 201
    {
    <color=F9B600>20%02d %2d/%2d Sunday %02d:00</color>
    }

    2. stingtable_siegeui

    code 10
    {
    <center>You can only enter
    (12:00 ~ 21:00)
    }

    Of course, this doesn't have to be true, because something else decides about it.
    But as i remember (from Nexon) ... it was Sunday 21:00 (server time) . 

    PS. If i'm wrong, please correct me :)
