how good is a COG compared to AmLR or RR?

I've been wanting to get a COG since they first came out in ticket, because they were regarded as the 2nd best ship other than the ROG on gama. But I already have a G6 RR and G4 AmLR, both of which have good skills, dura over 1400, and almost maxed stats (especially the RR). Will the COG be a lot better than these two ships? Or would I just be blowing a lot of ducats for a ship that's only marginally better than what I have?

    Probably just marginally at this point. Hard To top the battle capabilities of max moddedRR or AmbLR!

    Tbh, RR is way off better than COG ,but COG vs AmbLR is about equal which depend on your preference even though AmbLR is faster.

    I'm starting to like my RR a lot better recently, especially with how well it did against an ANG in the recent esf. If that guy hadn't had much higher battle stats he would have lost, but he eventually did wear me down in melee. Before he closed for melee we were firing broadsides at each other and his dura was going down steadily while his shots were having little effect on me. Still it took him quite a few lucky rounds in the melee before he could get an advantage over my 331 crew.
