Segnale cannot equip reincarnation

Even with redemption seed in my inventory I am unable to equip the reincarnation skill, let alone use it. Is there something else I need to do in order to equip this vital skill? When I try to equip it I just get a message that says "Unable to equip this skill."

    When you die with a seed in your bags, you will get the option to resurrect where you died or not. It doesn't need to be equipped as a skill.

    Noob alert. You cant equip it as it is a passive skill. 
    It will automatically allows you to ressurect when u die on the top left corner in game as long as you have redemption seeds.
