About Account Transfer

I have not been playing the game for about a year and unfortunately I just saw an account transfer. I also saw that the transfer time was over. Is there no way I can access the old account? I honestly do not want to start all over again.

    Bad news is that we all had to start over. They wiped everything; toons ships gear.
    Only thing you get with transfer is some parts and a few boosts.
