Dear Players,
Below follows our most recent discussions with developers.
1. Regarding recent server instability issues.
We have discussed this with both developer and infrastructure managers. We are investigating the cause of the recent instability and how to reduce or remove the occurrence of this issue in the future.
2. Regarding issue with proxy shop users not receiving their items after being disconnected.
This is an ongoing issue in both our service and original service. Users will usually have their items returned automatically following the next server maintenance, but we are aware this does not happen as expected sometimes.
3. Regarding the "La Tale Adventure" 11th anniversary event in original version launch.
We are planning to launch this event close to our first anniversary event on Papaya Play.
4. Regarding Lumen: City of Light Pt. 2 content update.
This patch is currently in development. We will be following up with QA process after initial preparations and hope to release it soon.
