world chat channel re-assignment

Suggestions
World chat -All and Merch channels get overloaded at times. WC adventurer and military channels are rarely used. Re-assign them, just re-name them and point people to them.

My suggestion is to make them help chats, one for players with port permits Carribean to SE Asia, one for EA plus. Put the [CA]s in there to answer questions, like in school.

That leaves -ALL and Merch chat just for general use. Questions won't then get swamped with drama.

    I just don’t see the point. Very few people speak up in world chat, so it’s not like questions go missing or aren’t seen.

    Merch chat is precisely what it’s states.

    There isn’t the population to warrant changing the chats.
