Quest chain for Achaeologist and/or Astronomer jobs?

I've been trying to pull the quest for the Archaeologist job, and apparently now there's another quest I have to do first before I can do that one, which I also haven't been able to get, so I've been randomly doing as many archaeological type quests as possible to see if I get where I need to be. I've been searching and I haven't been able to find any info on the quest chain for the Archaeologist job, does anyone have any info on it, or link to a good guide for it? I'm also interested in the Astronomer job if anyone has info on that one. thanks in advance!!!

    • At the end of the Caribbean (Santo Domingo)
    • A culture without water (Santo Domingo)

    Chain 2:

    • History through Charred remains(Jakarta)
    • Gaya records(Jakarta)
    • Built cave(Hangzhou)
    • History of the Three Kingdoms of Korea(Calicut)

    Before trying to pull the final quest you need, go to the adventure GM and click change job, there's a button near the bottom right. I think it's called suggested search, use that and navigate to the archeologist job and it will show you whether or not you meet the conditions for the quest to appear. It however will not show quest chains. Will help you save a lot of wasted QMPs.

    I thought PP changed the quest chain with the latest update for Astronomy.

    I finally figured out the archaeologist quest chain and got the archaeologist job, so I'm pretty happy about that, but it wasn't easy. Having to have archaeology at 10 and recognition at 8 at the same time took everything I could muster up.

    On the astronomer job, I finished the 2 quests at listed at Santo Domingo, although for the culture without water quest you actually get that from the Seville adventure mediator (or other capitals I think). I'm now working on the second chain for the job, but when I went to jakarta the Charred Remains quest didn't pop up, but the one for Gaya records did, so I'm doing that one right now. I assume the quests might not have to be in the exact order listed. I hope so anyway!

    You do not have to complete the second chain anymore for Astronomy job. Discover Chechin Itza and then get your Galileo telescope and go to St Petersburg

    Had two toons complete Astronomy job a couple days ago without second chain.
