Hello everyone.
As you may have known, City of Light Ranking, Season 1 had been extended twice beyond our original intentions. As a result of this extension, several users who had placed in the Top 15 ranks either two weeks ago or last week has fallen out of the ranks during the final calculation.
Therefore, we have compensated all of these users with the prize of their highest rank achieved during the intended event end period either two weeks ago or last week, whichever was higher. If you are one of the recipients, you will see the item in your Event inventory or Storage, if your Event inventory was full, the next time you log in the game.
We apologize that we cannot compensate for all users in the lower ranks affected by this issue, and we hope to avoid a similar incident in the future.
