Bring back Parca wings permanent

As title says, bring back parca wings as a permanent way of farming those wings. 

How will old/new players come back if there are no way to farm any decent wings?
My suggestion is to bring back Parca Wings and make themfarmable permanent.

With todays market (I logged in after not playing for a year or so) there is no way a homecomer/newcomer to be able to get any decent wings (tradable yeah gl if not buying dils).   

There are also alot of other things that need to be look into to make new players/old players feel the chance to be competitive without spending 2k euro if even that is enough. Don't you think it's better if you had a bigger player base which all contributed with a smaller amount than 100ish players that spend way too much?
