holy grail how to use?

cannot find any info on copper and silver holy grail about using them .. thanks

    to use. go to your 'use item' icon. select the grail and click 'ok'. A new screen will come up with your aides, pick one the you can distribute the points. (you must have an aide of course)

    All your aide levels must be 20+.

    Now that is helpful   been trying to find info on this for days  "all your aide levels must be 20+".
