Help.. cant download patch from 1.009 to 1.010

why i cant finished my download patch? already tried everything, reinstall games, reinstall windows7 but still cant finished the update 1.010.. any suggestion?

    Have you turned off your firewall/antivirus while downloading?  Sometimes this prevents an update from completing.
