I can't play after last patch because of security error

Nothing is running in the background, I closed all applications and I still get security error. Anyone?

    Reinstalled windows and there's nothing on my computer except Dekaron, still getting 0xE019100B error.

    So Xigncode thinks Dekaron is a third party program and prevents me from playing. gj papaya
