Quarters Ornament Effects vs Equipment Effects

Hi there. Do Quarters Ornament Effects stack with Equipment Effects? Say, if I got Feather Sandals (R3) with R1 land speed increase from quarters, will I get R4?

    Heya Yuno,

    I made a test with R2 land speed increase from quarter vs speed boots (R2 land speed). With stopwatch I had the same outcome with having both on as with having either of them on. In conclusion, they do not stack unfortunate. :-(
