Game does not start after start.

Game does not start after the start, I have reinstalled 3 times the same, and downloaded the client on the site, and I expected to complete all the updates but even so it does not open, another important point to mention is that when I changed the resurrection of the screen to if adptar mine the game also does not open after the start.
